Fresh flower deliveries from Blackwood Florist are available to Royal Adelaide Hospital. Blackwood Florist can offer same day delivery if you submit your order before 1pm. We can also deliver Saturday’s if the order is placed before 11.30am.
At Blackwood Florist we give you the option of an AM delivery time or PM and although we will make every effort to deliver in the requested time frame we cannot guarantee specific time spots unless discussed when the order is made and an express delivery fee may be attached.

Blackwood Florist can organise quality, long lasting flowers, hampers, baby welcome gifts and get well arrangements to Royal Adelaide Hospital, as well as all Adelaide Hospitals and Nursing homes.
We will confirm the ward and room number before delivery to make sure the recipient is still in hospital. If the recipient is in the intensive care or a ward that is unable to accept fresh flowers we can put your order on hold and co-ordinate delivery when they are moved to a normal ward.
Flowers arranged in a container like a box, basket, ceramic pot or a glass vase is the best choice as the hospitals don’t often have a lot of spare vases to put bouquets into water.
If your special person is going to have a prolonged stay in the hospital the Phalaenopsis orchid is a popular choice as this potted plant does not require a lot of watering and can flower for up 8 weeks.
