FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens when if the flowers are delivered and the recipient is not at home?

The flowers will be left in a sheltered spot away from the wind and sun. If they are not easily visible and if for example best left in a carport a calling card will be left in the letterbox to let them know where to find the flowers. Bouquets will be left in a tub of water so they will be kept fresh. If the property cannot be accessed due to locked gates or fences or it is deemed not safe to leave the arrangement the flowers will be brought back to the store and we will co-ordinate another suitable time to re-deliver. A second delivery fee will be incurred if this happens.

2. Do the flowers look exactly like the pictured one on the website?

We try to design your flowers just like the photograph but due to seasonal availability some flowers may need to be substituted. A similar flower in both size and colour will be used if this is necessary. The arrangement will also arrive in predominately-closed blooms to ensure the longevity of the flowers for the recipient’s enjoyment.

3. How soon can I have something delivered and can I have a special time for them to arrive?

If you order before 2pm we can organise a same day delivery and we can deliver to all suburbs in Adelaide. We give you the option of AM or PM delivery times for your order. If you would like a particular window for example they will be home between 12.00 and 1pm then provided you have given us a little advance notice this can be organised but will incur an express delivery fee. Funeral and wedding deliveries have priority as they are express times and have been charged for this service.
